Ticket Purchase Policies
- All prices are in US Currency unless otherwise noted.
- All prices guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed.
- A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
- No refunds or exchanges shall be given once order has been placed.
- Should the event be cancelled in its entirety, Celebrity Seats will refund the face value of the ticket, or issue a full credit towards a future event. Postponement or time changes of the event due to weather, acts of God or any other outside force, or cancellation of partial performances is beyond the control of Celebrity Seats therefore, no refund shall be given. Tickets must be returned within 7 days of the cancelled event, along with your receipt.
- Celebrity Seats is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Customers shall be notified when their tickets are ready for pick up or delivery.
- Celebrity Seats is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, or any other ticket agency, box office, or venue in any way.
- Celebrity Seats is an independent, privately owned full service ticket agency.
- The purchase price includes a service charge which reflects our costs and the difficulty in obtaining premium seats and/or hard to get tickets.
- Celebrity Seats reserves the right to provide upgrades to a better class ticket for all ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer.
- Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market, prices can change at any time.
- A fax authorization credit card charge form may be requested for credit card purchases. Photocopies of credit card and drivers license, plus billing address of cardholder must be provided for verification purposes.
- If an event is postponed tickets will be valid for new date.

Inventory Availability
Because we are dealing with many different sources exact seat location tickets can not be sold in real time. We do our best to keep up and constantly update the web site with ticket availability to make it as accurate as possible.
Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
We will provide you with availability and delivery information when your order is confirmed. All confirmed orders are guaranteed by contract.
Payment Information
Paying by Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your statements are sent. We will occasionally require faxed confirmation for various orders for security reasons.
Paying by Cash: This can only be done at our main office.
Paying by Check/Money Order: Celebrity Seats does not normally accept personal checks unless you have an account with us. On occasion, we will accept a personal check and wait for it to clear your bank account before issuing tickets. We accept payments using a cashiers check or money order. Orders will not be confirmed until received at the Celebrity Seats main office.

Shipping Policies
Celebrity Seats may require a signature for delivery.
We do not allow any rerouted packages and the courier must deliver it to the address on the package.
Tickets are normally sent to your credit card billing address.
Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address, we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used.
The tickets will be delivered using the best method.
