The Black Crowes are a blues-oriented hard rock jam band that have sold over 15 million albums. The band has toured with acts such as Aerosmith, ZZ Top, Jimmy Page, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Oasis, AC/DC and Lenny Kravitz. Last March, Chris Robinson and Rich Robinson resurrected The Black Crowes for a multi-night stand at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom. The success of the Big Apple outing led to a full-blown headlining tour in the spring and an opening slot on Tom Petty's summer outing, followed by more headlining shows in the fall. The Black Crowes is byfar my favorite band and as such I make it my duty to attend their concert whenever they play in South Florida. Words cannot express the vibe at these shows, it's totally surreal. I rarely dance in public; however, whenever I'm at a Black Crowes show I find myself dancing for the duration of the show. It's the vibe i tell yah, the music is so powerful it touches your soul.
Next time these guys visit a town near you, go check them out and see for yourselves, it's all about the positive vibes and these guys serve it in abundance.
